Q: Can you have multiple pick lists?
A: Yes and they can be customized with a unique name for easy identification.
Q: Is there access to Service Bulletins and Instruction Sheets?
A: Not at this time, though we are working on getting the Service Bulletins and Instruction Sheets added into SONAR in the near future.
Q: How do I provide feedback or report an issue?
A: There is a feedback button that we encourage you to use. It is located on the main menu and titled “Send Us Your Feedback”. We appreciate your comments for continual improvements to SONAR.
Q: I need to export my Pick List and it is not in excel format. What do I do?
A: There is a setting on your computer that decides how to download .csv files. Right click on the download and “show in folder”. Then right click on the Pick List, and select “Open With” then choose Excel.
Q: My searches do not return an answer on my iPhone/iPad. What do I do?
A: Cookies must be enabled to use this site. Please check your settings for your browser.
